I ordered a new sliding glass door with a doggie door insert. To be honest, it was a bit of a rough start with this company. I was told it would be 4-5 weeks, but it took 11 weeks before installation. I ordered a 9x12 doggie door but received an 8x10 doggie door instead. Installation went well, but overall, I was disappointed because I didn't receive what I had envisioned. I wrote a review of my experience, and within an hour of posting it, the owner of the company reached out and offered to correct the mistake. I agreed and they were able to order a new glass panel with the proper size doggie door within about 2 weeks. It was just installed yesterday, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. A beautiful new sliding glass door that locks from the outside and has the perfect size doggie door insert for my dogs. I love it! I really appreciate the owner, Gene, for turning this unhappy consumer into a very happy consumer!!
